Local advocates Matt Stevens and Chad DeGroot brought this project to Platform Group to reimagine the park through a pro bono master planning effort led by Tito. We focused on designing the overall experience of the site, not just the skate features, integrated within the 17.5-acre community park located in the northeastern area of Longwood. The goal was to develop a clear concept design and cost framework that could help the city phase a future renovation.
