Help Shape the Future of Joe Reardon Skatepark

Troy City Skatepark Unite is reopening our community survey to continue gathering input on the future design of Joe Reardon Skatepark.

The first round of the survey received 247 responses, and that feedback has helped demonstrate the community’s interest in the project and what users would like to see in a future skatepark.

As planning and fundraising continue, we want to make sure the community still has an opportunity to be heard.

Troy City Skatepark Unite does not own or operate Joe Reardon Skatepark. The skatepark is owned by the City of Troy. TCSU is a nonprofit community organization working to advocate for the project, raise private funding, and help bring community feedback to the City, designers, and potential funding partners.

The estimated cost of the proposed skatepark project is approximately $2.8 million. While the City has committed funding toward supporting park amenities, there is currently no additional City funding commitment specifically for construction of the skatepark itself.

That's why continued community participation is important. Your feedback helps us better understand what Troy wants from this project and gives us valuable information to share as fundraising, design discussions, and future planning move forward.
